CHECK-IN

At check-in, every Guest is required to:
Show a valid identification document (i.e. identity card or passport)

Pay the city tax of 2.50 € per person per day (not applicable to children under 12 years) and the cleaning fee of 50€
Sign the relevant rental agreement

Access to the apartment is allowed between 15:00 and 19:00 free of charge. In case of arrival after 19:00, a late check-in fee will be applied, as described below:

30 € from 19:30 to 22:00
50 € from 22:00 to 24:00

After 24:00 it is not possible to grant access to the apartment.


CHECK-OUT

Guests must leave the apartment by 10:00 of the departure day. Upon request, to be made not later than the day before the departure day, it might be possible to extend the use of the apartment until 13:00 by paying a late check-out fee of 10€ per hour or fraction of an hour

During the whole rental period (including departure day), it is the Guest’s responsibility to maintain the apartment under normal hygienic conditions, particularly in regard of dishwashing and garbage disposal. Please be informed that, under Florence City’s rules, domestic waste has to be collected and taken to the proper collection points, which are indicated inside the apartment. We also remind you that inside all of Florence Concierge’s apartments it is strictly forbidden to smoke. A 50€ fee will apply in case the aforementioned rules are not respected, as ascertained at check-out by Florence Concierge’s staff.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR!
Please be informed that the apartment is located inside Florence's no driving zone ( so called ZTL).
Access to ZTL IS strictly forbidden and allowed to non - residents only in order to reach authorised garages. If you drive to Florence, we strongly recommend that you leave your car at "GARAGE ANGLO AMERICANO in via dei Barbadori,5 ( Ponte Vecchio). The price ranges from 27€ to 45€.

For stays longer than 10 nights, utilities will be paid by the guest. Relevant expenses will be calculated through utility meters and charged at the end of the stay.
